For The Fallen is formed in memory of Lance Corporal Dave Jukes & is dedicated to the memory of a brave man, a father, a husband & a soldier. We do what we do so that other families of the fallen are not alone in their hour of need, but also to make permanent changes to the way serving and veteran HM Armed Forces personnel are treated.

Families of the Fallen, United

If you are affected by military suicide, join with us here at For The Fallen CIC. We know what you are going through. Together we can overcome and you will find people through our organisation who understand you and will be able to advise and support you in the hardest of times.

Jo Jukes is the founder of For The Fallen CIC and the widow of Dave Jukes, a veteran of HM Armed Forces with over two decades of military service.

Lance Corporal Jukes tragically took his own life after suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder after fighting in major conflicts all over the world.

Jo successfully won a landmark case to have Dave’s death recorded as a death caused by service.

A military suicide. PTSD is a battlefield trauma and Jo has fought hard to have it recognised as such, lobbying ministers such as Johnny Mercer to make the change.
