British and Commonwealth War Memorials
and War Graves

This site commemorates those British and Commonwealth service personnel who laid down their lives in the service of their countries. The majority of the memorials and graves featured relate to the First and Second World Wars, but memorials for other conflicts have also been included.
The UK and overseas memorials pages include links to our own memorial pages as well as links to established war memorial sites. Our war graves pages provide links to photographs of British and Commonwealth war graves in the United Kingdom and around the world. If you would like a copy of a war grave photograph without a watermark, please contact us.
Our Wall of Remembrance includes British and Commonwealth casualties selected at random as well as those submitted by visitors to this site.
We would like to sincerely thank those who have already submitted photographs and casualty lists for publication on this site. If you have memorial or grave photographs, the names of those commemorated on a specific memorial, or simply wish to nominate a casualty for our Wall of Remembrance, please contact us.
.
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them
